Not only does it taste similar to grape koolaid, but I always seem to have more energy and recover quicker when I use this. I feel like my workout are incomplete without it. This review is from: Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Concord Grape - 65 Servings (Health and Beauty) I'm a 19 year old college student, and my life would be a lot groggier without Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy. I use this every morning as an alternative to a coffee or other caffeinated drinks. I have bad experiences with coffee and feel really uncomfortable and overly-energetic when I drink it. I find I crash later in the day if I drink caffeine of another sort as well. But I never have a noticeable crash when I take Amino. It doesn't overly wake you up, it simply makes you feel fully awake and alert like you would normally in the middle of the day. I drink two scoops worth every morning, works wonders! I'm a huge fan of the grape flavor, haven't tried any others yet though. Definitely would recommend for someone who wants an alternative to coffee or just a great pick me up.
