For someone who wants to put on mass quickly, I think this is the optimal amount as there is no way the human body will digest a serving of 1200+ calories. With that being said, the taste isn't bad at all, and for the price, it's the weight gainer to get if putting on weight is your primary motivation. I would also recommend to anyone with these types of goals to also supplement amino acids separately to help with digestion and absorption and if your hitting the gym hard, definitely adding a natural test and gh booster like D Aspartic Acid Bulk Powder 250 Grams (which is what I take) or even some longjack or trib to elevate hormone levels in order to use those extra... Started with a smaller package of this and bought the larger bag shortly thereafter. It dissolves very easily and tastes great. I usually only do a half-serving at a time so i blend it with their double rich chocolate protein powder and the flavor gets even better. Also, a very cost-efficient method to take in nutrition when you do the math. At $40 for a 12lb bag, you get 16 servings (20,000 calories). This means you're paying $2 for a 1,000 calorie meal that isn't filled with garbage; try finding that at a fast food place or even cooking for yourself. But rating a weight gain supplement on taste would be stupid, wouldn't it? Look people, if you're complaining about the taste of this and giving it a low rating based on that, you need to stick to eating milkshakes and being a flabby ectomorph with flapjack boobys. This stuff is not supposed to taste good. I take a multivitamin every morning but I don't chew it up and complain that it tastes like %#@% flavored pez, I just swallow the damn thing. That's exactly what you should be doing with this. The "flavor" is added as a side bonus for morons who need everything to taste like marshmallows and chocolate. The stuff works (as long as you're not a little princess who has tears and mascara stream down their face every time something doesn't taste like a big-mac).
