The label clearly details the ingredients, nothing special but everything a relatively healthy middle age female requires in terms of vitamins and minerals. I've been trying to lose weight and when you don't have to proper balance of nutrients in your system, things can become quite difficult. The only other supplement I take, if you even call vitamines supplements, are the Raspberry Ketones Bulk Powder 50 Grams that Dr. Oz and spoke about on his show. For all the ladies losing weight out there, they've actually been working for me (i.e. appetite control and energy). If Optimum would consider adding some raspberry ketones...
