This product is used as a SUPPLEMENT only, that means take this if your diet is deficient EPA and DHA. There are other significant sources of Omega-3's such as seafood, nuts, and vegetables. +Mercury Free +Packaging +No broken/damaged pills +Price +1000 mg per pill (EPA+DHA) +Enteric coating (no fish breath) -Bottle sizes limited to 100 If it's possible, purchase the 3-pack. These are normally priced 12-15 a bottle. 25 for 3 packs is a steal.
