I am taking many post workout carbohydrates to include dextrose and maltodextrin, anabolic halo, and muscle tech supplements. This far surpasses my wildest expectation. I weight about 170 lbs around picture time or my leanest of the year. I have a very hard time bulking up. I am two days into this product in my metabolism is the highest it has ever been, my hunger is amazing and I am gaining strength. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new post workout carbohydrate. I take two scoops for my body size but if you were bigger you could always take three. Incredible product and I would recommend this over any other post workout carb on the market.

I have tried numerous postworkout carb supplements including dextrose, maltodextrin, bananas, oats, etc. Torrent was an excellent product which also contains WMS but was too expensive. Then I tried this product and so far its been great. No bloating, and it gives me energy for my workout and provides great recovery. I take half a scoop before my workout, then 2 scoops immediately after. About 15 mins later I gulp down a whey shake. I have definitely noticed muscle gains in the month I have used this product, gaining about 6 lbs total. Of course I have been eating tons and training hard, but this product does its intended purpose...replenish glycogen and help muscle recovery.

Doesn't have NO flavor, you can't even taste it. Mix it in water and it'll taste like water. Perfect for your post-workout carbs, your system digests it quickly. Also good for the meal before breakfast upon immediately waking, to stop overnight catabolism. Good product, i always buy it for my carbs.
