Powdered honey and powdered cane? I can do that! The oats also provide great complex carbs that give me the energy I need. I bought this as an alternative to the Gold Standard Optimum Whey that has artificial sweeteners. I use both, but take them at different times. The Oats and Whey is very good. Optimum makes the best whey protein, hands down. It tastes good, mixes well and has plenty of protein per serving. There is a slight grittiness when drinking, but its insignificant. Shipping was very fast. I will continue to buy this. I just wish I could find it in a 5 lb. container.
