I enjoy ON because their proucts are high quality, albeit sometimes expensive. The Product came within the expected timeframe and in perfect condition. In order for CLA to promote lean mass and fat loss, it must be used for about 5-6 months with 2-3g per day, which means 4 ON CLA pills everyday. This product is a staple item in my supplementation, but because CLA promotes results over a long period of time, I gave the product 4 stars because there is no immediate result for whether or not the product is working. They make a great product thats clean and free from the trash everybody else puts in their supplements (you know like muscle milk and muscle-tech). As for the CLA supplement, Well it takes a good 3-5 months to work and you may or may not notice the results from this. If your dieting and exercising and losing a steady amount of weight already then i recommend you try this product for 3-4 months, if it works for you you will notice the small increase in fat loss (yes you must measure your fat not just weight).
