I've only been using it for a few days now, but it seems to be helping with muscle soreness. I'm pushing myself MUCH harder now and not really feeling any pain the next day.The powder mixes extremely well in water and results in a pretty smooth drink without any clumping. It was cheap, it's from a reputable supplier, it had what I wanted (Whey Protein, BCAA's, L-Glutamine and Creatine) and it seems to be working well. I have 2 gripes with this stuff though. 1) The Vanilla Ice Cream flavor finishes weird. Maybe it's the splenda or maybe I'm adding too much water, I don't know. Going down it tastes fine, but the aftertaste and the lingering taste the rest of the day is not enjoyable. It's not gritty and it doesn't have that "cardboard glue" taste i've found in other nutrition shakes. With the Aminogen, Creatine and L-Glutamine already added, i was able to stop buying other supplements which saved quite a bit of money. This product is enjoyable to drink and i've seen great gains in my performance and strength since i've started using it. I highly recommend this product.I have found that the best mix is blending 3 scoups of powder, 12oz of water and 3 ice cubes together, it gives it more of a "shake" feel and body. |
