Its only 60 calories compared to like 120 for a redbull plus amino doesnt have the sugar other energy drinks have and that's important especially in a pres workout drink. I don't get shaky or jittery from it either. I highly recommend this product to everyone! Yummm.. I however like the concord grape flavor more, so I think I will go back to that next time, I am just cheap and wanted to try out blue raspberry because it was on sale.
