I wanted to try it finally and optimum has the best price and their other products have always been of good quality. I am taking 5 grams daily, which is 5 pills per day. This is the way to get results, do your research and you'll realize you're looking at a 30 day supply. Not a problem because I the gains I made it worth every penny. I will probably do another cycle in a couple months and continue to do so. Another supplement that I took with this one and I'm still taking cause I haven't ran out yet is Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder 25 Grams + FREE Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams. Do your research on this one too but combining trib and DAA is a powerful combo for increasing testorone...
