Since I wasn't ready to give up on a cheap fat burner, I tried four more times going on and off the product. There is no question that it definitely has a negative effect on my mood. I lost a few pounds but I wasn't taking it consistently enough to know if it was from the pills. I'm sure the product affects everyone differently but I won't be taking it anymore. |
